The book has been signed by both John Staub and Howard Barnstone, (in the year of publication), and inscribed to the partner of one of the people who commissioned a house from Staub, (the house is illustrated in the book). Two minor flaws: dust jacket spine sunned, and one chip to the rear cover lower edge, also the edge of the cloth spine was starting and has been professionally repaired, now virtually invisible.
