This is a very good hardcover copy in a very good dust jacket with only light wear. The jacket is complete except for a small chip to the base of the spine. The book is very clean inside and out. The black cloth boards printed in white are quite clean. These drawings of Tchelitchew's are accompanied by Parker Tyler's poem. This collaboration occurred shortly after Tchelitchew's painting, Hide and Seek of 1943, now in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art. These 30 full-page black & white illustrations express some of the same themes as the painting. 10" high X 8" wide.
